Appled a couple years ago was asked general cgmp and competency based questions. Aswell as about my personal qualities. Interviewer was friendly and helpful with my enquiries and overall enjoyable experience.

A 20-30 minute interview with three of the team leaders or managers. Told myself a little more information about the role itself and what the company does as a whole and then explained what the Speke sight develops and makes. After this we sat a 40 minute test which tested our ability to conduct different mathematical questions (were able to use a calculator). Also tested if we were able to read the information and data sheets to extract the valuable data to work out the questions asked to the correct values (decimal places etc.)
