The interview was through HireView. The process was really easy and understandable. Definitely easier than the actual interview in person as you could do it in your own time and at your own pace.

The virtual assessment day will consist of the following sessions. Please note that the agenda will include frequent breaks as well as a scheduled lunch break. Welcome Session* (30 mins) Meet & Greet with Current Graduates* (30 mins) Candidate Presentation (30 mins) Group Exercise (70 mins) Values Based Interview (40 mins) Farewell and Q&A* (10 mins) * These sessions are for informational purposes only and will not include assessments. Below you’ll find an overview of the assessed sessions: Candidate Presentation (to prepare in advance)  Please prepare a 10-min presentation on the following topic: “Tell us about a project where you have used data or information to help solve a problem or make a decision”. A 10-minute Q&A will follow your presentation. We will be assessing your communication skills, as well as how you demonstrate learning agility (a combination of learning and creativity) and taking the initiative (being decisive and initiating action, including elements of entrepreneurial thinking). In addition to these behavioural competencies, your technical knowledge may also be assessed. Please send a copy of your presentation to me by end of day Thursday March 20th 2025 in both .PPT and .PDF formats.
