More than a few months post application, I received a call from a recruiter regarding interview for this position. We had a case assignment, which I would say roughly takes an hour to complete and we were set up to do an interview. The interviewers were over 10 mins late with no update while I was waiting on the other side. The interview went fairly well and we were able to build a good rapport. But alas, they ghosted me. No feedback, no calls or not even a cursory rejection email.

The interview was in three stages. The first stage was a 30 minute introductory call, the second stage was a one hour interview with a panel and the last stage was with the hiring manager.
