initial interview was over hirevue , which is an ai based interview , ul see questions on the screen given 3 minutes time and record answers for each question , thenyou will see second question . pretty straightfrwrd questions . Then they will review and 2nd round would be direct interview. with 2 ppl on panel throwing questions at you back to back and in the question there will be sub questions and followup questions

describe your day to day activities as a data manager in your previous role , what activities you do , what teams you talk to and what do you communicate with each team and what does each team do , also describe what teams you think you would be colloborating with or working with once you join AZ and working as senior dm and regarding what issues would to colloborate with each team
drscribe a time where you have handled critical issue in a study and how you have resolved it , whats the issue , what actions you took , to resolve what are teams u reached out to and why , what mitigiation or further prevention plan have you strategized

Entrevista
Referred by a senior position. Got a call from HR after a week, screening questions on experience and why AstraZeneca. Scheduled a panel interview after 2 days for an hour, 2 Associate Directors asked technical questions on all 3 phases of Clinical Data Management. The approach was positive. Ended with a note that I would be contacted by HR, but did not hear back. Status in portal changed to 'No longer in consideration' after 15 days of the interview.
