3-month long process only to end in GHOSTING... I met with the HR person, the direct boss twice, the CFO and the CEO. I was asked to complete a project with little direction, then when I got there the only person who reviewed my project was the Finance person, which is weird since this is a creative role. I sent my thank you and a follow up to HR, and never got a response. No rejection or nothing. I can't believe companies are OK with doing this to folks. The vibe here is extremely stuffy corporate, but it is a cool building/area. ***Red flag= EVERY person I spoke to here talked of how much they had an "entrepreneurial/startup mindset". A bit weird that they ALL said the same phrase like they had been trained to say it. That screams everyone is burnt out and working more than 40 hours a week.
