BIZARRE behavior: the Founder sent me an email saying to prepare for a phone call Monday after Thursday interview. 15 Second call to tell me I did NOT get the job and REFUSED to give feedback on the reason why. VERY disappointing to put all that work and time into the process and not have anything to show for it. Almost felt like a move you'd pull in high school on someone you don't like. IMO reflects poorly on the founder and the culture.
