it seem like they hired some young kid to do an interview. The jobs description matched my prior experience worked for the satellite company. No technical question related to the job description. He asked one question about harness rework and that is all. I have over 4 years experience working in satellite company and got no offer.

Very focused on past experience, which I found odd because the position was advertised as entry level.
One phone screening, one video interview, and then a couple of on site interviews. On site there was a practical project, but they were missing some of the tools and resources to do it properly. There was also a 3-person panel interview, all on past experience, no skills questions.
