The process was fairly easy. It only took 5 days. I completed the application and the assessment. Received a phone call for the initial interview. Then I was scheduled for a call from the Manager for a one-on-one interview. The interview was STAR method questions. It was only about 15 minutes. I received an offer of employment email in 3 hours.
