Entrevista
If your going through a staffing agency like most of the employees, you will get a phone interview, then you will get asked if you can come in for 1 on 1, when you get there you will take a test, when your done you will then be interviewed if you pass the knowledge test. After the interview they tell you whether they want to go ahead and take you in. Then You go to a third interview where you will speak with someone from Asurion and the recruiter.
A group of people at first, then singled out with an interviewer to answer questions and do a concise mock call. Pretty good, quick, and smooth if you ask me. Customer service and sales experience/skills help.
phone call they are solely focused in your sales capabilities with a minimum of tech knowledge with cellphones and computers. Sales is key to being hired and their main point of interest.

Interview was smooth, very well organized if you are interviewed by certain operation managers, be prepared for a lengthy process. Depending on the position you will be asked either technical or leadership questions
