Typical questions on how you would handle a call and there was supposed to be roleplay but there was not. I answered the questions with my 10+ years of tech and csr training over the years and still Overall I didn't get the job offer after 6+ years of mobile tech support and over 15 years in the IT Industry while you see hoodrats with their stilettos walking by in the hall while you wait for your interview and people completely looking unprofessional and new to this Industry . So no thank you , big loss for them instead. Don't waste your time ..it looked like they rather hire bums off the street with no skills.
