Absolute negative experience. Reached out to one of the recruiters on LinkedIn who expressed interest. Sent me a time to schedule and they didn’t confirm for days until I followed up. Once we finally had the phone screen, he advised that I would know later that week about if they wanted to move forward with an interview. Crickets. Sent 2 follow up messages and still crickets. It’s been over 3 weeks. Ghosted. Mind you, they keep posting the same position on LinkedIn and have done so for months. I don’t think they’re really trying to hire.

Entrevista
I underwent three rounds of interviews with a recruter, growth marketing lead and a communications director. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and project management skills. However, when I inquired about the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, they were unable to provide specific answers. It seemed that they lacked working knowledge about the role of a designer and its functions. After the third round, I was asked to create a test project and record myself presenting it. This was an unusual request for me, and I would have preferred to present in person or on Zoom, as it allows for better interaction with the interviewer and the opportunity to answer questions more effectively. Over a week later, I received a rejection email, and I never had the chance to meet the hiring manager.

Very thorough and great all around process. It was multiple rounds but all added value to the process as a whole. Pretty typical format in the way questions were asked.
