The approach and attitude of the owner and lead engineers was arrogant and dismissive. The interview didn't cover enough to really give me an opportunity to showcase my skills.

a very difficult interview and the interviewing managers decision making process is very suspect he offered the position to another person then fired him within 24 hours this left me with a very bad impression of this company and I then found out later I was correct in this poor impression

I would like to respond to your points as you have raised them above:
I am unsure as to why you feel the interviewing managers decision making process was suspect. Given the market at the moment, we always endeavour to respond to candidates within a 24 hour period. In this instance there were reasons as to why we had to take the actions we did, however all actions are carefully considered by the management team and are made in the best interests of our clients.
You have put that the interviewing manager did not have a clue; the hiring manager was very closely involved in this particular project and was very knowledgeable around both our client's requirements and the requirements of Atech.
I would very much like to discuss this with you given that this is a very broad comment, so these can be addressed internally if needed.

Entrevista
Meeting with the CTO and Technical Projects Director discussing previous roles, skills and experience. Then discussing more about Atech and what drove me to apply for the role and what I could bring to Atech. This had a very informal feel and I felt at ease but still with a very professional approach.
