My first round was 15 mins HR round followed by the Technical interview. The question was not very difficult but the interviewer was not trying to get the best out of me as every interviewer does. I explained him the logic but could not able to give the proper solution. The technical interview was supposed to be held for 45mins, after 15 mins interviewer seemed to be not interested and ended the interview process followed by asking if any questions I have. I normally asked - What particular qualification you are looking for someone to excel for this role? and his reply was so rude saying - The qualifications are already mentioned in the job description. My advice to the interviewers - Please don't try to lower the morale of any candidate instead try to give them suggestions for improvement. Our time is equally as important as yours.

First talk to HR, which is good. However the second one with the software engineer was disaster. Only 30 min to finish the code. you don't have any time to ask other information but just solve the question. Unless you have done the question before, otherwise you won't finish it. And interviewer did not give you much response even the question may not clear( you don't have time to ask or think too)
