The interview process involved testing of my theoretical understanding of impact evaluation, technical skills and how I would approach workplace issues (i.e how to meet deadlines, etc). The HR component involved assessing fitness to Athena's work environment and its approaches.

The hiring process had 3 stages 1. Was a basic interview with the HR 2. Had to do a case study report 3. Final interview was with the head/ Director of the team .
