Quite straight forward. I was offered to come for an informal, shortish interview with one of the managers. I was then successful in that and invited back for a 2nd interview with a opportunity to spend a few hours with the company to see first hand what they do on a day to day basis. On the day itself everyone there seemed so motivated and excited to be part of a growing company. It made me excited about joining.

This is the worst place you will end up with. Lack of professionalism. No interest in you. You will find yourself like in an army. They will first invite you to the first round interview. 5 min interview. Only asked two questions. When answering I was interrupted and asked to go to next question. In the second interview, they asked all candidates to be there at 8.15 am where they came at 9.30. Waited an hour for nothing. They pair you with a someone who does not even know what he is doing. Bad attitude. A lot of swearing to people. Told that the company was earning £43 millions from each client. What a joke!!!! They must be living somewhere else. Stay away. A level 1 BTEC student knows a lot more than their employees.
