I was approached in the store and asked to apply online through the gap's website. I was contacted shortly after my application to meet for an interview at the location. I arrived at the location to find five other girls waiting to interview. It was a group interview in the Crabtree Valley Mall food court. They were open-ended questions and whoever started speaking first was able to answer the question.
A manager reached out to me to schedule an in-person meeting and shared details about what they are looking for in this position. There was a single interview with a store manager. She asked me behavioral questions, questions to see how I align with Athleta's values, and why Athleta. The next day, they called to offer me the job.
