Pretty casual. You talk with a recruiter who forwards you to a regional manager depending on which clinics you are interested in. You have an informal small interview with regional manager and facility manager. You get the job. The secret is that they are ALWAYS hiring and are usually desparate for new PT's because people quit all the time.

1 The recruiter will call you for a phone screen. Around 30 minutes.
2 The regional director will interview you.
3 You will go to the clinic and shadow in the clinic for 1 hour to see how the clinic operates. Then the clinic manager will do the interview.
I received my result after 2 weeks.

Very fast process that they were able to get me in and interview. They also were able to be flexible during the process which was very beneficial. Over very satisfied with experience
Easiest interview I’ve had. Phone interview is the first step of the process. Then in person interview with a panel of peers. Contacted within a week with a job offer.
