Pretty straightforward interview process. First talked to an HR representative over the phone for a brief screening. Then met with a regional manager for an in-person interview. Questions were pretty standard. After that I visited a few clinics for interviews and to see where I would be a good fit.

What made you want to be a PT? What kind of patients do you like treating?

1 The recruiter will call you for a phone screen. Around 30 minutes.
2 The regional director will interview you.
3 You will go to the clinic and shadow in the clinic for 1 hour to see how the clinic operates. Then the clinic manager will do the interview.
I received my result after 2 weeks.

Very fast process that they were able to get me in and interview. They also were able to be flexible during the process which was very beneficial. Over very satisfied with experience
Easiest interview I’ve had. Phone interview is the first step of the process. Then in person interview with a panel of peers. Contacted within a week with a job offer.
