Entrevista
Full on, day long Assessment Centre for a group of 6-8. We had to do a technical exam paper (general engineering knowledge - first year of uni stuff) a reading comprehension test (read a load of documents about a problem and then write an email suggesting a way to fix the problem). We then had a 'proper interview' where the employer looked through your exam paper answers and asked you to explain your answers. They didn't mind if they were incorrect, they just wanted to see how you came across the answer. Finally we had a group exercise looking at the best way to develop a small island. It was an exhausting day! I imagine it's fairly standard for a lot of grad schemes in big companies.
Good overall experience. This job has a long period between applying and being offered the job, with a variety of stages in between you have to pass. Technical questions asked during the face to face interview testing competency

Entrevista
Straight forward and well explained. Phone call interview, followed by teams interview and group activity focused on gauging how well you work with others. Best to prepare at each stage and make sure you have some knowledge of the company and projects before hand.

Relatively slow.
Applied in Nov – Dec time and had an interview in Spring.
Be careful as the job posts often don’t mention the required security clearance. (That’s what happened to me, and I couldn’t join)
The actual interview day:
Morning meeting with HR where you are told the benefits and some details about the office you applied to. (30min)
Interview with 2 engineers from the company from the company. (2h)
