Entrevista
Briefed in a group, after that 2 people conducted the interview. The questions were mostly based on general work scenarios or my previous work experience. I was also asked why I want to work with a company whose focus is so different from what I have studied.

1. Why do you want to work with Atkins? 2. How will your previous experience help with this role? 3. Describe a time from your work experience where things didn’t go according to your plan. What did you do? 4. Your idea for managing conflict.
It was good not too bad. Fairly easy questions, fairly fun presentation. Overall not a bad experience and was a really quick application process. Nothing more I can say just filling out this 30 word minimium

Entrevista
There was a briefing session in the morning which gave us more information about the role and the company. That was followed by another sessions which aimed at setting the expectations for the interview. The interview lasted for around 40-50 mins

The questions they asked were mostly related to my work experience, why I applied for that job and how I plan to cope with it.
