Initial phone interview. Interviewer said it went great and that they were very impressed. I was told I would get a call either way letting me know about the next steps in the process. Got a generic email rejecting my application/interview a few days later with no reasons why. Horrible pay as well, less than $25/hour and minimal incentives for the amount of work you'll need to do.
