Comfortable and relaxed environment although did not have any choice of the date/time of the interview and was unaware it was during an open house. Met with one manager and then the recruiter. Took less than an hour overall and got a phone call with an offer a few days later.

Initial phone call and email communication with recruiter. I was then invited to come on site, interviewed by 2 educators. Then received follow up call/invitation for a second interview and shadow day.

The process was quick. Nothing out of the ordinary. Standard questions. Reviewed your work history and asked how you would handle certain things. Shifts longer than anticipated. Everywhere still needs nurses.

Entrevista
Never gave me an interview, just declined every application because I am a new grad. Not sure they want to hire if you just graduated which indicates it is not a teaching/learning hospital at all.
