Straight forward. Met with HR and was passed to the floor manager where I would be working. Then had an interview with 3 of the staff nurses to make sure I was a good fit.

Interview was brief in person with manager and associate manager and educators. Asked a few questions about myself and my goals. Classic interview not difficult. Interviewed for 2 different floors. both interviews were professional and organized and they managers did a job at explaining job role
