I had 3 round of interviews.First I had to fill a questionare,second was a behavorial round and the third was with the manager.It was a great experience .I was asked to elaborate on my experience ,how did I executed strategies,how did I faced tasks under pressure and some behavorial questions.The manager also asked me why I was interested in the role and this company,what I had to offer to the company and what were my expectations from this role.The manager also tapped on to some situational questions about tasks I have managed to do during the tenure of my experience,my strenght and my weakness where I expalined each of them with respect to some experiences during my previous experience.I was also given a chance to ask questions where I asked questions about the company's recent acheivments,what they were expecting from a candidate for that particular role and about the further interview rounds which they were planning to take for that particular position
