Phone screening and then an in-person interview the next day. This company is a multi leveling marketing scheme that’s similar to a pyramid scheme but is somehow legal. The people at the top recruit others to sell Xfinity products while they get a cut of every sale. They make 100% commission sound like an easy ticket to financial stability (it’s not). The work schedule is Monday through Saturday from about 11am to 8pm going from door-to-door bothering strangers to sign up for a service they don’t want. This company preys on recent college grads looking to break into a career in marketing but while I was there they mentioned nothing but sales. If you love working long days in cold/heat annoying strangers while getting next to no compensation while making people about you richer then this job is for you.
