The interview process was very upbeat, engaging and chatty. Good conversation and a good insight into the role. The talked us through the role, what we will be required to do and the job conditions.

The interview was relatively straight forward and unique! As a Brand Ambassador, I knew it involved lots of communication skills. The recruitment team called me and introduced me briefly to the role. It was crazy to get asked how I'd like to be supported. I can't remember a place I worked at before that does that. Very friendly over the phone. I came in for a group interview to see an overview of the company which answered all my questions. Also very transparent with the earnings structure and working in a B2B, Residential & Events route. The second interview was an observation day, so I spent a whole day with Ciaran. Before that, we ran through another presentation to go through the day, what would happen and who I'd be with. It was a pretty cool day. I got to see the role before deciding if I wanted to start. Ciaran was pretty funny and answered any questions I had, including some review questions, that all made sense and affirmed the company's legitimacy. I'm pretty happy with everything and excited to start!
