Entrevista
Decent experience but I wish they could implement some internal automation or SLA (depending on which stage of the interview process the candidate is in) so candidates do not go long periods of time where they receive no update or are forgotten entirely.
If that is overkill, then it would be nice to at least reduce scenarios where candidates are promised they will receive an update by a certain date and then this does not happen and the person is then left in the dark. Setting more realistic expectations on time horizon (especially when the recruitment team is stretched thin due to volume and thus could be delayed) would be nice.
Besides that, most of the process is way better than other companies so that's cool and I appreciate the work that has gone in to that.

Linux/Windows/Java. Atlassian Values; showcase examples of prior work experience where you have exhibited positive traits of the values.
HR screening round on phone. It was then followed by 2 technical interviews on REST APIs, SQL, Networking, SSO/SAML, front end troubleshooting, scenario based question. The questions were good and not that difficult as it was for mid or junior level

Entrevista
Atlassian’s interview process includes a one-hour technical interview followed by a one-hour troubleshooting-focused interview conducted by technical leads. Once those stages are cleared, there are two additional cultural fit interviews, each an hour long, led by members of the management team.

Entrevista
It was a typical interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter. After an initial screen, there was a team interview with a small tech interview, then a panel interview that included a values interview from someone from another team, then the final round was the hiring manager.
