Phone round with the HR went well. I met the hiring manager for the first round of the process. Atlassian talks about how culture is a priority and for the very same reason I expected my interview to be a warm and cordial experience. On the contrary, it was a very transactional, cold, and indifferent one.
Surprised and disappointed!
It was a pleasant experience, the recruiter expedited process due to other interviews. Most diverse set of interviewers I have encountered. Everyone was friendly and nice and answered all my questions. Offer was competitive.
Talent Acquisition Partner reached out and invited me for a phone screen. Strung me along for 6 weeks. Within hours of filling out the Diversity survey, she cancelled my phone screen.
