After receiving my resume, they emailed me to ask me to complete an assignment, consisting of answering 5 questions based on my knowledge and previous experience. Then I was invited for an interview via Skype. At the end of the interview, the manager told me they would let me know within a couple of days. After a week of no response, I followed up... nothing. Another week went by... I followed up... again... nothing. 6 weeks of the same thing, finally I got through and they said that they decided to go with someone else. Their HR dept really needs to work on communication.
