1.Interview process was well articulated.
2.Management was well ware of the requirements.
3.There was not much delay between interviews.
4.Recruitment team seemed to be bit unprofessional.Lot of communication gap .
5.Recruitment team is quite unclear about compensation and industry standards.

HR screening round on phone. It was then followed by 2 technical interviews on REST APIs, SQL, Networking, SSO/SAML, front end troubleshooting, scenario based question. The questions were good and not that difficult as it was for mid or junior level

Entrevista
Atlassian’s interview process includes a one-hour technical interview followed by a one-hour troubleshooting-focused interview conducted by technical leads. Once those stages are cleared, there are two additional cultural fit interviews, each an hour long, led by members of the management team.

Entrevista
It was a typical interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter. After an initial screen, there was a team interview with a small tech interview, then a panel interview that included a values interview from someone from another team, then the final round was the hiring manager.
