After I successfully completed the interview, the recruiter denied having any prior conversations related to CTC. They attempted to blame me for the situation and stated that there was nothing they could do to resolve it. The recruiter's efforts to persuade me to accept a reduced compensation package for joining Atlassian were ineffective. Overall, I believe that a review of Glassdoor reviews reveals a pattern of deceptive behavior by Atlassian recruiters toward software engineers.
