Atmos had a very organized and straightforward hiring process. The environment was casual and everyone I met with was friendly and professional. The company is very focused on hiring the right people and this was obvious throughout the interview process.

Questions varied between traditional, behavioral, and conversational. There were not many technical questions, which was probably due to the nature of the position.
