The interview process seems more selective than many other similar companies. However, all the components of the interview felt fair and were very well organized. I appreciate that they really seemed to want to see if I would fit on the team and that we would all work well together during the interview. Doing fun science and engineering is great, but working with good people is better!

Phone screening interview lasting only 30 min (strictly, which felt like I was not considered seriously for the position). Did not get invited to the next stage. Later stages involve meeting the team members and going deeper into your technical expertise.
