I had a quick screening with their recruiter to verify some details, scheduled a "get to know you" interview the following day with the director of the department. Had some light technical questions and talked about the company for a good 45 minutes. Discussed salary and had an offer that afternoon. Very happy with the process!

It was a easy interview in my opinion. They check your knowledge about hardware devices, network devices, and how well can you handle customer calls. Went through two interviews with their NOC managers and director.
