Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Atos-Syntel (Bombaim) em nov. de 2011
Entrevista
- First round was with HR leadership hiring executive {telephonic interview}
- Second round was with DGM {telephonic interview}
- Third round - 1 to 1 with DGM
- Fourth round - 1 to 1 with HR Head
- Fifth round - 1 to 1 with Head of Operations
Advice : female candidates need to be careful as the reason for rejection was 'appearance not fit for role". People who have worked in performance driven need to groom and be very stylish for Syntel manager role as promotion are appearance driven.
People : very approachable and friendly
Office : No visual treats, just come work and go, no rest rooms to sit and relax
work culture : Seems to be male dominant and not having a value system

I underwent 4 rounds of interview starting with HR and ending with the Senior VP. I felt the interview weather got hot, hotter and hottest as I progressed one after the other rounds. The last interview was the best learning experience for in my interview life. When i finished my last interview with Senior VP I felt I was not through it and I will not get the offer. He was testing my mettle and how tough I can go in certain situations . Even though i felt i didn't do that well I got an extraordinary confidence from this interview that I can do any other interview with ease. He tested my patience with utmost dignity. Till I got an offer letter I thought I didn't do the interview well. I hope am going to learn a lot working with him. my first impression about my future boss is, he is tough and teaches you a lot if you know what he really wants from you.
