Most disgusting big MNC. It was a drive for manual tester with experience of 3 to 9 years. Later mail was sent stating its for 4 to 9. Finally on interview day people with 9 years exp were thrown out of gate by just asking their experience. Later interview started like its not a walk in drive but a marathon race. If you have arrived by 8 am, it's of no use because u have to reach their inner building reception 1st and register your name. For that people who have come early irrespective of time were not allowed to go and security guards were releasing 250 ppl approx at one go. So first come(run) and first register yourself. It was not the end, interview panel irrespective of what mail they sent regarding the requirement had asked do u have any knowledge of automation if not then please leave for the day . Amazing experience if syntel wanted automation guys they can mention it automation plus manual, instead of wasting other's time. People have come from far distance as syntel Pune is at awful place for not getting interviewed which is not mentioned anywhere in JD or mail. Guys 1st train your Hr and interviewer then hire people. You guys wasted others time like anything. Even their Hr are not skillful enough to send apt mail for the hiring. I wish I could have attached the screen shot of both the mails where HRs or recruiting team are proving they and their company are useless.
