Very fast decisions (around two days to give feedback after CV check/interviews).
First interview was a short introduction, where I told about my (previous) jobs.
For the second interview I had to prepare some presentations, which gave me an opprtunity to tell more about my skills/abilities.

There were three rounds, initial call with business manager, one with the immediate team and one with the hiring manager. Team was nice, questions around experimental data management and analysis
