I made it to the final round in the recruitment process. From the beginning everyone involved in the process was very friendly and competent. They definitely take the time to see if there is a cultural and team fit. Even after the assessment center and receiving a rejection, they take the time in a video call to give you constructive feedback on the day of the assessment. Definitely a very good experience, they do leave you wanting to join the Atrain team!

The interview process was a pleasant one with the interviewers being able to create a friendly environment. Most of the questions are behavior-based and as such takes quite a while, but at the same time you get the chance to show yourself. A thorough feedback session was given after the interview.

I was informed of an initial interview process when i first received an email. On the particular day, the interview happened on a video call. I was expecting some kind of a basic "get to know each other" conversation. But I must say that , the process just put me completely under discomfort. The interviewer (the recruiter) started off on a positive note , spoke about the process and it seemed like informative. However, the tone and way in which i was being asked questions and being observed was rather looking obvious to me that they do some kind of "psycho analysis" in their hiring process. This was supposed to be " behavioural assessment" and i really didn't feel right about the way it was being done . I did my best and answered the questions to my best knowledge. In many places, i had to seek some key information without her telling me about the organisation as i was answering. There need not be any reaction to answers all the time. However, just having a straight face and not being even a tiny bit congenial puts the candidate at discomfort. I didn't get through the next round and that was okay with me. However , it's just not necessary to even attempt to make a person feel stressed during an interview, atleast in the initial stage of the process. If you are following some kind of a behavioural assessment, then it should be discrete and not too obvious as it doesn't make your hiring process any superior ! Also, I never really received a clear feedback after the discussion which really makes me question the process. You say, "we are open/honest and don't shy away from providing feedback". I saw nothing coming and really didn't understand the reason behind me not getting through. The discussion lasted for just 15-20 mins.
