Normal interview process, starting with recruiter, then passed on to Executive Director and Regional Nurse, then finally on to RVP

HR person contacted me via phone, took sevral phone calls to arrange the interview. I was scheduled for a second interview that was abruptly cancelled and was to be rescheduled. I had to call back several times to check on the date of the second interview. The HR person did not call me back. I called once more and was told that another person was offered the job.
