Responsiveness was impressive. Interviewed with the nurse manager and received a tour of the unit. The staff I did meet were welcoming. All of my questions were answered in detail.

Initial virtual interview for LCH 11 (peds hem/onc) with the floor manager lasted about 45 minutes. Easy interview, lots of information provided about the job. Then followed up with a shadow date to see the flow of the floor.
