Interview process was very straightforward. The big thing to ask about is credentialing - last I heard it was taking 6 months for new providers so that could be a big barrier for people needing to start sooner.

Had 1st phone call reviewing what I am interested in, my passions and career goals. 1 virtual interview, met with 3 different providers, general discussion. The had in-person interview that included site tours.

Phone interview friendly but maybe a bit unorganized. She started asking me questions related to the wrong position and then it seemed to slow down and was awkward. I wasn’t asked to come for in person and I think maybe the position had been filled already and a mistake was made
