I applied for their nonprofit, Atrius Health Equity Foundation. By far one of the worst interview processes I have ever been through. The entire Foundation is an incredibly small team (5 people). After my initial Zoom interview with the President, they took a month to reach back out to schedule an in-person interview at a work bar. That interview was horrible. All 5 people took turns asking me extremely odd questions that had nothing to do with the job posting. 2 of the 5 employees had rude, smug looks on their faces and made me feel very uncomfortable. I never felt like stepping out of an interview until then. The President promised that she would communicate updates with me within 2 weeks. I sent an email 3 weeks later, and it was outright ignored. 3 months later, they sent a generic rejection email. I am glad, because I dodged a bullet.

Interview was great. Smooth process, staff was great, pleasant experience every step of the way! Really enjoyed speaking with everyone within the clinic and learning more about their roles and responsibilities as well as their day to day.
