No respect for the candidate, I went two times in their office for two interviews. I had to follow-up non stop, the process was uncessary long which is too bad because managers were nice. Never had a feedback in spite of asking many times, the minimum is to say no and gives final decision especially when candidates take time to prepare and have to travel to their office. Respect works two ways.
