We were called directly through our university DIL office. They also post an ad in newspaper. We were asked to come to the head office, they took our CVs and we were called one by one. They took one interview and shorlisted some people. Then they took the 2nd interview on the same day. The selected people were informed on the very same day. The whole procedure was completed in one day.
