There is a 20-minute written test on your ability to proofread and edit. Basically, there are 30 errors on Spelling, grammar, punctuation and indexing, spanning over a 3 page legal text. As for the interview, it is mainly about whether you are suitable for this job, tell me more about yourself, how would you resolve a problem when your team mates work slower than you are and you are in a hurry to meet deadline. Why did you not apply for a job that is relevant to your qualification? They were quite skeptical about whether this job fits me as the job nature is rather qualitative compared to my quantitative background (mathematics degree). There were 5 interviewers, only 3 of them talked to me and asked me questions. All 5 interviewers were all female. There were at least 7 candidates being invited for the interview. The building has security checks before entering. There are only 15 floors to that building and the interview venue is at the 15th floor.
