      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Attune Insurance.

      Entrevista

      The interview schedule consisted of a recruiter screen (30 min phone call), project, and then four back to back interviews (2.5 hours) with various team members. The first round was generic questions regarding background, and then I was moved on to the project. The "project" was explained as being useless data for the company, however, it seemed entirely relevant to the industry and relatively recently collected. Likely, this was an attempt to get free labor on backloaded projects by using candidates in the interview process. But you had to complete it to be considered for the position, so that's where they have you in a bind. After that was submitted, I was moved to the final round to meet with four separate individuals on relevant teams. The first interview was very professional, on time, and seemed like a genuine conversation. Moving forward, it seemed even less so, with interviewers blatantly admitting they were just reading off pre-written questions (obvious without the admission) and asked very little, if anything beyond that. It felt very impersonal and that I was just a person they had to "get it over with" in this process. One interviewer was late, asked me less than 3 questions, and then sent off a "scorecard" before I could even ask any questions or provide much follow-up, rendering the rest of the interview pointless. Most didn't even seem like they read my resume. At the end of the entire process and being in the "final round" and investing several hours into a two-week process, I wasn't even worth a phone call to let me know what happened with the position - just a template rejection email listing zero specifics about the process and ghosting afterward when I had asked for feedback.  Truly unprofessional and disappointing.
