First Stage - Phone interview for skills assessment and background checks.
Second Stage - In Person interview with followup background experience discussion. Assessment on career development and target mindset.
Overall a very complete hiring process and very confortable one to be in, compared with other companies out there.
Do prepare for some technical strategice and client engagement topics/discussion.

Entrevista
It was a first call with the recruiter then an interview with an engineer followed by a take home test. After the results from the take home test, it was time to discuss contract.

Entrevista
There was an initial interview with a recruiter for less than thirty minutes. Then there was a second standard, full interview with two managers from the project I would work on.
