1 interview with HR, 1 interview with line manager followed by 5 more interviews with stakeholders. Very long and drawn out. Competency based questions based around the company values. Asking candidates to go through that many interviews and offering no feedback is demoralising.

Es sind insgesamt 4 Runden, alles online über die firmeneigene Software, viele Fragen, sind nett aber auch ein wenig arrogant. Gleichzeit geben sie viele Infos zu den Jobs, der Aufgabe etc.
