Very intense, interviewed by an external interviewer over the phone and invited in for a full day of interviews with various stakeholders. A total of 5 interviews lasting between 45 mins to an hour each.

Entrevista
Very smooth and well structured interview process. From the recruiter who showed genuine interest in me to the interview panel - i had a phone interview with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager, and then 5 face to face interviews in the Newark headquarters. For an HR role I had senior business leaders interview me- which says a LOT about the culture and how integrated HR and business is- the telling of a progressive talent focused culture. I also appreciated how there was literally zero wait time- as soon as one interview ended the next interviewer was ready. Questions they asked were very pertinent to the role. What struck me the most was that every interviewer had clearly read my resume thoroughly before the interview and seemed well prepared on specific questions they had in mind

Lots of questions on how as an HR , I impacted business teams. Also, highly recommend reading up on their people principles and preparing examples on how you have exhibited similar behaviors in the past through your work projects

Entrevista
Submitted my resume online. I got a call two weeks after and was scheduled for a phone interview. A week later I was emailed to have another phone interview. Went through that and thought it went great. I emailed the recruiting coordinator for a status update and never got a reply back. I went online a week later and saw the job was removed from the board. I'm guessing they filled it with someone internally, but it would have been nice if they email back the candidates they interview and give them a status update.
