Process was very smooth. Recruiter reached out initially and then was sent a hackerrank assessment that comprised of questions that aren't on leetcode but would've been easy / medium.
I did well on the assessment so I moved onto the onsite interview. Four Interviewers for 1 hour each. Each interview comprised of behavioural questions and 3 of the four had a coding question. For the behavioural be sure that you have relevant examples prepared beforehand. They are looking to see that you align with the people principles and will ask a lot of follow up questions about your situations.
The programming questions weren't too difficult, one was a leetcode easy and the other 2 would've been mediums. Be sure that you have a good grasp of basic algorithms and data structures and be ready for follow ups on how you could optimize or handle different inputs.
Overall a really enjoyable process. They really do a good job of making sure that you are prepared every step of the way.
